The wine has a shiny and intensely golden color. The nose is fresh, aromatic with interesting tertiary elements. There are notes of lime blossom, guava as well as dried mango and dried apricot. There are also fine touches of candied melon, almond, hazelnut and bread dough. The mouth is fresh, aromatic with a fruity and tangy frame. There are notes of yellow peach in syrup, browned butter as well as candied banana, dried banana and candied melon. There is righteousness, a little salinity in power. The finish is discreet with a hint of iodine, bitterness and nuts.
