Les Roches de Yon 2022 – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

Les Roches de Yon 2022 – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

The wine needs to be decanted. The nose offers a certain power, precision as well as an empyreumatic side. It reveals notes of clove, spices and small notes of toasted almond associated with touches of pulpy blackcurrant as well as fine hints of blackberry, raspberry, camphor and a hint of smoke. The palate is nicely fresh, mineral and offers a certain fluidity, verticality, darkness as well as a discreetly tight and powdery grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh blackberry, graphene and small notes of racy minerality associated with touches of roasting, mocha as well as fine hints of fresh raspberry and toast. Good length.
