(Organic) The nose is fruity, deep and offers a certain intensity. It reveals notes of wild cassis, pulpy wild cherry and small notes of cubeb pepper, as well as fine hints of cornflower, discreet hints of nutmeg, smoke and a subtle, almost varietal hint. The palate is beautifully juicy, fruity, brilliant, it offers a lovely bright of fruit, a chiselled side, freshness and a lovely mellowness and iodized on the mid-palate. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/mellow cassis, fleshy red cherry and small notes of fresh violet, combined with touches of racy minerality, camphor, small crushed red berries, as well as a hint of cornflower, star anise/cola, blond tobacco and a subtle hint of toasted. Good length. A velvety, creamy wine that offers good definition. A fine hint of dark chocolate in the background.
