The mouth is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, gourmandize, a beautiful juiciness, roundness, racy minerality, a very fine acidulous frame, tension as well as a fine unctuosity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of small red berries, fleshy / juicy red cherry associated with fine touches of blackberry, rosewood, violet as well as discreet hints of iris, tonka bean, toasted and a subtle hint of mocha / cocoa bug. A fine firmness and tension on the finish / persistence.
