The wine has a beautiful, bright melon color. The initial nose is subtle with notes of fresh fig and vine peach. The second nose opens with fine hints of blackcurrant and a creamy vanilla. The palate is fresh and acidic on the attack with notes of grapefruit and juicy, tangy white peach. There is a hint of salt and good salivation at the end of the tasting. The dynamic acidity continues through to the finish with almond and plum.
