The nose is aromatic, elegant, beautifully fruity and offers a certaine richness (full of control) and deepness. It reveals notes of crunchy/juicy cherry, small red berries, small notes of crushed Boysen berry associated with touches of violet, lily, chocolate as well as fine hints of crushed raspberry, a hint of cardamom, toasted and an imperceptible hint of sense of the place (local biotope). The palate is fruity, mineral and offers finesse, freshness, a certain deepness as well as suavity and an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy cherry, fresh/crunchy violet plum, small notes of violet associated with touches of rose peatl, small crushed fruits as well as fine hints of tea, almond, nutmeg and a very fine hint of chocolate. Good length. A fin salinity on the finish/persistence. Appetence and sapidity on the finish.
