The nose is fruity and offers juiciness, freshness, minerality, a certain small tension as well as energy. Currently discreetly tight. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy/ acidulous blackberry, acidulous raspberry and small notes of juicy wild berries associated with a hint of olive tree leaf/ dry scrubland and a discreet hint of liquorice stick. Discreetly firm tannins. Good work on the good bitterness.
