The nose is fresh, racy and offers a nice freshness as well as a little “sharp” edge. It reveals notes of ripe / fresh yellow apple, small fresh fruits and slight touch of fresh citrus associated with a touch of exotic fruits, a discreet hint of fresh apricot, flowers as well as an imperceptible hint of acacia and spices. The palate is nicely conducted, racy, structure/frame, sapidity and offers a little tense / stretched side, fat, roundness, substance, a nice definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / fresh apple, bright peach and slightly juicy / fresh kumquat associated with touches of citrus fruits (mandarin, grapefruit) as well as fine hints of exotic fruits, discreet hints of toasted almonds, spices as well as a subtle hint of beeswax and acacia. Good length and persistence. Presence of a discreet tannic hint in the aromatic finish at the end of the mouth / persistence.
