The nose is aromatic, fine, well-built, precise and well-structured. It reveals notes of ripe/juicy lemon, green apple and small touches of crunchy fruits associated with fine touches of exotic fruits (in the background), fresh quenette as well as touches of gravels (Graves) and a very discreet/imperceptible hint of salted butter caramel (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful fat, a beautiful definition, a beautiful acidulous frame, unctuosity, a beautiful freshness, precision as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed apple, crushed pear and more slightly ripe citrus, bee wax as well as a small touch of quince/bee wax as well as fine hints of toasted/salted butter caramel and vanilla. Good length. There is a subtle hint of salinity and a hint of white grapefruit on the finish.
