Les Griffons de Pichon Baron 2022 – Pauillac

The nose is elegant, supple and precise, offering gourmandise, purity and a lovely grain. We find notes of violet, black cherry and more lightly, small wild red berries associated with fine hints of sappy, fresh blond tobacco and a discreet hint of pepper. The palate is beautifully juicy, fruity, mineral and well-balanced, offering a fresh frame, precision and tension. On the palate, this wine expresses juicy/pulpy cherry, fresh plum and more lightly, rhubarb, associated with touches of small red berries, as well as fine hints of toasted, almond and discreet hints of chocolate. Beautiful juiciness, purity and brightness.
