Les Griffons de Pichon Baron 2022 – Bordeaux Blanc

Beautiful nose offering bright fruit, energy and a certain brightness. It reveals notes of white peach, fresh kumquat and small notes of fresh physalis associated with fine hints of small, pulpy white fruits, almost warm sap and iodine. The palate is beautifully juicy, fruity, balanced, round, beautifully supple and offers an acidulous frame, accuracy, tension, a nice fat as well as a nice flesh. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy physalis, kumquat and small notes of small, pulpy white fruits as well as buttery, almost vanilla hints and a subtle hint of toasted hazelnut.
