The nose is fruity and offers a very fine intensity, a fine freshness and a fine power (controlled). It reveals notes of wild blackberry, wild cassis, small noes of pulpy wild strawberry associated with fine touches of small crushed wild berries as well as a hint of violet, ean, toasted, cardamom, roasted and a hint of Sichuan pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers tension, finesse, power as well as concentration, a racy minerality and a juicy/finely acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, small crushed black berries, small notes of violet associated with fine touches of cardamom, small fresh/juicy red fruits, camphor, nutmeg, zan as well as very discreet hints of roasted (in the background). Good length. Tannins are well-built. Sapidity and gourmandize in the finish/persistence.
