The nose is beautifully led, tense, deep, elegant, with intensity in accuracy. It expresses notes of boysenberry, bright/pulpy raspberry and more slightly – blueberry associated with touches of nutmeg, fresh spices as well as hints of tobacco, nutmeg and a very discreet hint of graphite and aromatic herbs, smoke and a subtle hint of camphor. The palate is beautifully fresh, mineral, balanced and offers a fresh, tangy frame, accuracy, freshness, tension, an airy and tense side, power in accuracy. It expresses notes of juicy/fresh blackberry, pulpy/juicy raspberry and more slightly – lily associated with touches of smoke, nutmeg, as well as a discreet almost sappy hint of graphite and a subtle iodized hint. The tannins are soft, fresh and sapid. Lovely gourmandise and sapidity on the finish, nicely juicy, pulpy, fresh, with purity and sparkle. Good length, nice softness and gourmandise on the finish/persistence. The palate is nicely soft, fresh, balanced, with a tangy frame, accuracy, notes of bright/fresh blueberry, bright cherry and a hint of chocolate. A chiseled and tense side at the same time on the palate. A hint of dark chocolate/cocoa on the finish/persistence and a nice softness.
