The nose is fruity and offers a fine juiciness. It reveals notes of black cherry, cherry and small notes of Quetsche plum associated with hints of cassis, fleshy wild strawberry as well as subtle touches of Sichuan pepper, violet and licorice. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, very slightly tight, slightly gourmand and offers a good definition, a beautiful fat, a beautiful suavity, a small tension, elegance, a discreet unctuosity as well as a fine acid frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy raspberry, fleshy cherry and small notes of Quetsche plum associated with subtle touches of cassis, discreet hints of cassis, violet / lily as well as a very discreet hint of pepper. Sichuan, spice, licorice and a very discreet toasted hint / vanilla. Tannins are very discreetly firm. Good length.
