The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, a good definition, precision, energy, a beautiful racy minerality as well as a fine chiseled side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh / juicy green apple, fresh / juicy lemon and small notes of mesocarp associated with touches of lemon blossom, lime, yuzu as well as hints of racy / almost iodine minerality, subtle hints of sage and an imperceptible hint of pistil / rosemary. Good length. Presence of very discreet toasted hints / toasted almond on the persistence.
