The nose is fruity, ripe and reveals good definition. There are hints of ripe/chunky vine peach, kumquat and more lightly fleshy berries combined with fine touches of orange peel, hints of almost iodine minerality, fine hints of lemon blossom and a subtle hint of almost toastiness. The palate is fruity and reveals gourmandize, tension, juiciness, a nice acidic backbone, tension, a certain richness and purity of fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy vine peach, crushed pear and more lightly quenette combined with hints of sweet orange as well as fine almost verbena, gunflint, honeysuckle and a subtle almost sugar rose petal edge. Good length.
