(Maturing in Jurançon barrels. Bottled in : 09/2021. 44.1%) The nose is elegant, gourmand and offers sweetness as well as a small sapidity. It reveals notes of candied orange, crystallized tangerine and small notes of pear / rancio associated with touches of cedar, caramelization as well as a subtle hint of honey, a discreet hint of white pepper and an imperceptible almost verbena hint (in the background). The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, gourmandize, fat, roundness, energy as well as a small minerality. On the palate, this Armagnac expresses notes of candied peach, caramelized orange and slightly stewed apple, small fruits in syrup, pâtisseries / honeyed cake as well as a hint of gray pepper and a subtle sapid hint on the finish / persistence. Power on the finish.
