Beautiful, fruity, intense and concentrated nose that offers a small polished side, a nice grain, harmony as well as a certain fullness. It reveals notes of boysenberry, wild black berries and small notes of quite ripe morello cherry associated with touches of Madagascar pepper (Voatsiperifery), Sichuan pepper, dry local grove as well as a discreet hint of dried earth, infusion, spices and a very discreet minty hint in the background. The palate is nicely fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers fat, roundness, a fine mellowness, energy as well as a discreet airy side in its pulpiness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/fleshy cherry, purple pulpy plum and small concentrated black berries associated with touches of quite ripe redcurrants, spices, tobacco, local grove, dry earth as well as a subtle hint of pepper, graphene and fine hints of toasted/vanilla in the background. Tannins are sapid and tasty.
