The nose is fresh, racy and reveals a fine crispness. There are notes of crunchy white peach, zest and more lightly starfruit combined with fine touches of yuzu and discreet hints of fresh lychee and a subtle almost fresh rose. The palate is fruity and offers acidity, gourmandize, juiciness, definition and an acidic backbone. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy lemon, starfruit and more lightly crunchy flat peach combined with hints of zest, a subtle hint of lemon caviar as well as discrete hints of almost iodine minerality and a subtle hint of sediment. Good length. Gourmet, fine chewiness, sapidity and a nice definition. A lovely gastronomic wine. Fine sapidity/almost a discrete pearlescent quality on the finish/persistence.
