(Carignan, carbonic maceration) The nose is purely fruity and open. It expresses notes of red plum, cherry and blackberry, as well as a spicy touch of white pepper. The palate is light (in a good way), easy to drink. We find the same notes of black cherry, red plum and white pepper, medium persistence and nice acidity. An accessible and pleasant wine.
