The nose is elegant, racy and offers power (full of finesse), freshness as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of very ripe wild cassis, cooked blackberry, small notes of raspberry associated with touches of small red berries as well as hints of liquorice stick, underwood, mushroom, camphor and discreet hints of pepper. The palate is fruity, fresh, juicy, well-balanced, elegant, slightly on the hold and offers tension, a beautiful definition, a beautiful matter as well as freshness, a flattery side, minerality, a beautiful fat/suavity and a small unctuosity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy blackberry, crushed cassis, small notes of pulpy plum associated with touches of crushed raspberry as well as hints of chocolate, small crushed blue fruits, caramelization, toasted, fine hints of pepper, cocoa/grilled, crushed blueberry and violet. Tannins are well-built and structure. A persistence on a grilled hint.
