It reveals notes of pulpy cassis, small crushed black berries, small notes of raspberry associated with small touches of grey pepper, a subtle hint of violet/iris as well as a subtle hint of fresh mild tobacco and very discreet hints of spices. The palate is fruity, frsh, well-balanced and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, a good definition, a fine tension, juiciness as well as a small minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, pulpy/juicy raspberry, small notes of pulpy/fresh small black berries associated with fine touches of crunchy strawberry, hints of mild tobacco, spices as well as an imperceptible hint of nutmeg and chocolate (in the background). Good length.
