The nose is fruity and dry. It reveals notes of lemon, kumquat and small notes of zest associated with small touches of ripe red apple, yellow fruits (Mirabelle plum) as well as very discreet hints of almond / toasted. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, quite frank, well-built and offers a beautiful acidulous frame, a fine effervescence, straightness, a good freshness, dynamism as well as a small roundness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, ripe red apple and small notes of ripe peach associated with small touches of citrus as well as a discreet hint of zest. Good length. There are toasted hints and almond on the finish.
