It reveals notes of fleshy cherry, crushed raspberry and small toasted notes associated with a small touch of violet, pulpy cassis as well as very fine hints of vanilla. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers minerality, a fine acidulous frame, juiciness, a fine tension as well as structure. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of bright wild cherry, cherry blossoms and small notes of blackberry associated with a touch of crunchy wild cassis as well as fine hints of laurel berries and a discreet hint of zan. There is a very discreet hint of dark chocolate and vanilla stick on the persistence.
