The nose is fine and elegant, delicately yeasty. It expresses the aromas of yeast, hay, dried lemon peel, dried chamomile, dried apple, as well as tangy apricot and lemon. The palate is lively, tangy and yeasty. It expresses the flavors of dried tea, dried orange, dried chamomile, fresh grapefruit, white peach and apricot. The finish is persistent and complex, tangy and spicy. We find the flavors of dried lemon zest and sweet spices on the persistence (saffron, nutmeg). Complexity and a chiseled structure.
