The nose is fruity, fresh and slightly textured. There are notes of mirabelle plum, quinte and small notes of ripe small yellow fruits associated with slight almost eucalyptus/ acacia hints and a discreet anised and spicy hint. The mouth is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, an acidulous frame, a certain tension, a small fat as well as a slight gourmandise. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of quinte, crushed mirabelle plum and small notes of crushed small yellow fruits associated with touches of beeswax, butter as well as a slight almost chestnut hint in the background. A subtle sapid hint. A discreet closed finish/ persistence.
