Le Temple de Tourteyron 2022 – Médoc

The nose is fruity, with freshness, pulpiness and a certain power. It reveals notes of pulpy cherry, bright redcurrant small notes of wild blackberry, associated with touches of small dense fruits, a hint of Sichuan pepper and discreet hints, almost aromatic herbs. The palate is nicely fruity, with juiciness, freshness, minerality, good definition, a certain tension, density and a discreetly tight, slender tannic frame. It expresses notes of bigarreau cherry, juicy-roasted raspberry small notes of racy minerality, associated with touches of small dense fruits, cocoa, as well as fine hints of tobacco, spice, camphor and a discreet hint, almost sappy/pine needle in the background. Good length.
