The nose is very aromatic and floral. It expresses notes of lime, acacia, and chamomile, combined with tangy aromas of lemon juice and a slightly bitter touch of grapefruit and lime. There are also notes of white tea, chestnut honey and yellow peach. On the palate, the wine is chiseled, but filling and complex. We find the tanginess of grapefruit and lime (accompanied by a good bitterness), lemon juice, as well as white peach, linden, chamomile, chestnut honey and a touch of limestone. The finish is persistent, with lively acidity, sapidity and perceptible bitterness.
