A lovely elegant, racy, precise nose, which offers a lovely intensity in accuracy, a certain concentration, an airy side in its density, a subtle hint of cubeb pepper and fresh nutmeg. It expresses notes of bright raspberry, ripe wild red berries and more slightly – pepper associated with touches of maceration and a discreet hint of fresh liquorice. The palate is nicely fresh, mineral, supple, elegant, nicely racy (fresh gravel), and offers a tangy frame, accuracy, notes of juicy/fresh cassis and more slightly violet, associated with touches of bright raspberry, juicy-fresh red berries associated with hints of roasted and fresh red berries, as well as fine hints of almost aromatic herbs, infusion, black tea and cocoa/chocolate. The tannins are sapid, supple and gourmet. Nicely in relief, a great classicism in elegance! Vibrant.
