The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, a tangy frame, good definition, a certain gourmandize, tension, fat, subtlety, energy, a nice stretched / tense side as well as an airy side (full of balance). On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy apple, bright / tangy white peach and grapefruit associated with touches of lychee, quenette, fine hints of lemon caviar, white flowers as well as a subtle hint of good bitterness, bitter almond and hazelnut butter on the finish / persistence. Nice flavor on the finish.
