The nose is fresh and fruity. It reveals notes of lemon and discreet hints of zests associated with a subtle hint of exotic fruits. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful freshness, a certain finesse, fat as well as a nice tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of apple, ripe lemon and slight hints of Quenette associated with a very discreet hint of exotic fruits as well as an imperceptible hint of toasted oak (that comes around the fruit). Good persistence.
