Le Petit Gascoûn Moelleux 2023 – Côtes de Gascogne IGP

(Gros Manseng & Petit Manseng) The wine has a lemon yellow color of medium intensity. The nose is aromatic and offers sweet notes of tropical fruits. It expresses notes of pineapple, crunchy mango, passion fruit (in the background), associated with notes of lemon, candied lemon peel, orange and acacia. The palate offers a certain balance between sweetness and acidity. It expresses more sweet notes than on the nose: pineapple in syrup, mango in syrup, very ripe yellow peach, candied lemon zest, very ripe mango and acacia flower. The finish is gourmand and expresses a good level of acidity and bitterness, which balances the sweetness of the wine.
