The nose is peppery, precise, airy, with a certain powerful. It reveals notes of pulpy cherry, pulpy/fresh blackberry, associated with touches of small brilliant fruits, as well as fine hints of violet, vanilla as well as discreet hints of almost black cherry. The palate is well-built, supple, fresh, mineral and balanced, with a tangy frame. It expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, raspberry and small notes of brilliant redcurrant, associated with touches of rose, iris, almost a discreet cold infusion side, even very discreetly root-like.
