Le Pauillac de Latour 2018 – Pauillac

The nose is fruity, fresh, elegant and offers a beautiful aromatic finesse. It reveals notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy cassis and small notes of fleshy strawberry associated with fine hints of racy minerality (gravels, terroir), violet as well as discreet hints of tonka bean and Cuben pepper. The palate is fresh, mineral, well-balanced, racy and offers a fine acidulous frame, a beautiful grain, gourmandize as well as a small fleshiness/richness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fresh/fleshy raspberry and small notes of fleshy/juicy red berries associated with fine touches of tonka bean, violet as well as hints of toasted and crushed toasted almond.
