The nose is aromatic, fruity and offers a small intensity. There are notes of pulpy / candied cherry, strawberry and small notes of cassis associated with touches of cherry blossoms, very fine hints of the sense of the place (local biotop) as well as an imperceptible hint of tea black and thyme flowers. The palate is fruity and offers gourmandize, suavity as well as a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied blackberry, pulpy raspberry and small notes of pulpy cherry associated with small touches of cherry blossoms as well as a discreet hint of sense of place and a very discreet hint of liquorice.
