It reveals notes of small fresh black fruits, small wild berries, small notes of rosemary/dry garrigue associated with small touches of small crushed red fruits, pepper, a discreet hint of fresh leather, cocoa and nutmeg. The palate is fruity and offers energy, an acidulous frame, a small suavity as well as juiciness and minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, small fresh black berries, small notes of juicy/fresh raspberry associated with small touches of cocoa, nutmeg and a subtle hint of toasted/caramelized oak. Tannins are slightly marked. Good length.
