The nose is aromatic and offers some fruit, a certain power and a slight intensity. There are notes of cassis, wild cherry and small notes of raspberry associated with touches of violet, bourbon vanilla as well as a very discreet hint of sage, cumin and pepper. The mouth is fruity, acidulous and offers an acidulous frame, suavity, fat, straightness, a certain finesse in its straightness/ power as well as a small velvety. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of concentrated blackberry, wild strawberry and small notes of nutmeg associated with slight touches of crushed blueberry, vanilla and a hint of spices. Salinity. Good length. Slightly firm tannins. Very beautiful sapid finish / persistence. Good bitterness.
