The mouth is bright and energetic and offers a very fine effervescence, an acidulous frame, freshness and a mineral frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of crunchy green apple, acidulous small fruits and small notes of racy minerality associated with touches of white flowers and a subtle almost sappy hint in the background.
