The nose is aromatic and offers a certain power, richness as well as oxidative hints. It reveals notes of quince, fresh almond and small notes of quince associated with small touches of apple, small yellow fruits as well as hints of fresh / dry garrigue and fine hints of fresh thyme flowers. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers a juicy / acidulous frame, tension, a certain straightness, a beautiful definition, a small richness as well as a very slightly tight grain. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of almond, quince, small yellow fruits and small notes of fleshy yellow apple associated with touches of peach flowers, iodine minerality as well as fine hints of fresh garrigue, strawberry tree and saline / iodized minerality. Good length. Presence of a subtle almost tannic hint on the finish / persistence.
