Le Lion de la Fleur de Boüard 2022 – Lalande de Pomerol

The nose is fruity and offers a slight pulpiness and a certain slight intensity. It expresses notes of blackberry, crushed raspberry and more slightly – small wild berries associated with touches of clove as well as hints of cornflower, star anise, fresh pepper, a hint of saffron (in its floral side) and chocolate. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, a juicy structure, a certain richness and precision. It expresses notes of pulpy/bright cherry, pulpy/bright blackcurrant and more slightly – small pulpy/bright fruits associated with touches of chocolate, and fine hints of vanilla in the background. The tannis are discreetly marked.
