Le Haut-Médoc de Dauzac 2022 – Haut-Médoc

The nose is nicely fruity, fresh, with a certain concentration, a chiselled side and beautiful purity. It reveals notes of pulpy redcurrant, cherry and small notes of cassis and a fine hint of star anise and cherry stem. On the palate, the wine is well-built, supple, fresh, elegant and airy, with a tangy frame. It expresses notes of morello cherry, bright cassis and small notes of small red berries, associated with touches of small brilliant fruits, as well as a hint of licorice and star anise. Good length. A little chewiness on the finish and sapidity. Nicely fresh with good persistence.
