The nose is fruity and offers a very fine intensity. It reveals notes of cassis, wild strawberry and small notes of violet associated with fine touches of black cherry, ripe small wild red fruits as well as very fine hints of racy minerality and grey pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a fine acidulous frame, juiciness, a good definition, gourmandize as well as finesse. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cassis, wild strawberry, small notes of violet associated with touches of small black fruits, ripe wild raspberry as well as very fine hints of spices, nutmeg and an imperceptible hint of chocolate. An imperceptible hint of coffee/mocha on the persistence.
