The nose reveals a fresh fruit with a stretched side. It expresses notes of boysenberry, pulpy raspberry and, more slightly, fresh blueberry, associated with small touches of nutmeg, a hint of clove and a toasted nuance. The palate is fruity, offering a small concentration of fruit, a slightly fleshy aspect, gourmandise, a mellow and finely tight grain. It reveals notes of mellow blackcurrant, fleshy/tangy strawberry and, more slightly, fresh flowers, associated with a touch of small berries, as well as fine hints of tobacco, clove and toasted/vanilla. Good length. Tannins are finely mellow. A palate marked by a little smoothness.
