The palate is smooth, fruity and delicious, with a precise tangy and mineral structure. It expresses notes of cranberry, red cherry, morello cherry, crushed raspberry, licorice, white pepper, as well as toasted hazelnut, coffee and cocoa. The tannins are soft, fine-grained, but firm. The acidity is chiseled and fresh. The finish is flavorful, quite persistent and completes the profile with notes of roasted bouquet garni, tobacco and dried wildflowers.
