The nose is elegant, gourmandize and offers a little concentration, a fine freshness as well as a certain tension. It reveals notes of pulpy / creamy blackberry, pulpy strawberry and more slightly cornflowers associated with touches of strawberry flowers, creamy red berries as well as fine hints of blond tobacco and an imperceptible hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, elegant, “framed” and offers freshness, minerality, nice definition, energy as well as a little creaminess. On the palate this wine expresses notes of luscious / juicy raspberry, luscious / juicy cherry and more lightly of bright Boysenberry associated with small touches of juicy / tangy blue plum as well as hints of toasty, chocolate, toasted almond and a subtle hint of nutmeg.
