Le Dôme 2022 – Saint Emilion Grand Cru

The nose is spicy and offers a certain small power, depth, a certain richness/density with an airy side. It expresses notes of small bright/pulpy black berries, quite ripe blueberry and more lightly – camphor associated with a touch of pulpy blue plum, crushed strawberry as well as hints of cornflower, smoke and has discreet hints. of star anise and has a subtle hint of timut pepper and spices, almost an imperceptible hint of aromatic herbs. The palate is nicely mineral and offers freshness, deliciousness, a pretty tangy structure, a beautiful freshness and minerality. It expresses notes of pumpy/juicy blackberry, cornflower and more slightly – fresh/bright blue plum, combined with touches of fresh blond tobacco, smoke, star anise as well as hints of fresh/juicy small fruits, hints of toast, sweet spices.
