It reveals notes of ripe black cherry and cassis jam associated with slight notes of crushed plum, ripe red fruits, liquorice, toasted oak as well as a very discreet hint of Sichuan pepper. The palate is fruity, sleek, mineral, well-balanced, racy and offers a slight freshness, a slight juiciness as well as fat. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of crushed blackberry, crushed cassis and slight notes of plum associated with discreet hints of zan, blueberry, slight notes of ripe red fruits as well as a discreet hint of olive, garrigue and toasted oak/caramelized. Good length.
