(Syrah, Mourvèdre, Grenache) The wine has a deep ruby color. The nose is open and fruity, juicy and very gourmand. It expresses notes of morello cherry, crushed strawberry, redcurrant jam, raspberry coulis and black plum, combined with a delicate touch of mint, leather (in the background) and coffee. The palate is dense, with firm but well-structured tannins, as well as a refined power enveloped in notes of ripe and juicy fruits (wild strawberry, morello cherry, black fig, blackberry, raspberry coulis) and associated with a savoury hint of smoke, leather and coffee. Good length and good freshness.
