The nose is fruity, elegant, rich and offers freshness as well as a small tension. It reveals notes of blackberry cream, ripe cassis and small notes of ripe raspberry combined with touches of violet, sour cherry, touches of liquorice stick, black tea as well as discreet hints of chocolate and vanilla. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, finely creamy and offers gourmandise, juiciness, freshness, precision, a fine acidulous frame, a beautiful definition, a racy minerality as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy raspberry and small notes of fleshy / juicy red berries associated with a touch of juicy cassis, vanilla, chocolate as well as slight hints of cardamom and toasted / caramelized. Tannins are well-built, structuring and elegant. A beautiful and gourmand wine!
