The nose is fresh with notes of ripe melon and peach in syrup. The second nose is more buttery, vanilla-flavored with a hint of dried almond. Aeration reveals a powerful aroma. The palate is fresh and fruity with notes of apple and peach. We find peach and ripe lemon with a hint of vanilla, almost woody. The acidity is present and refreshing. The finish is simple with a hint of bitterness and a lovely hint of green olive.
